| PRAYER, PRAISE, AND THANKS
Thank you for your prayers for Marge and her husband. They had a wonderful
weekend at the beach!
Please pray for Daniel B.'s grandmother. A PET scan has detected a mass in
her lung. She will have a biopsy. If it is determined at that time that it
is cancer, half of her lung will be removed. Please pray for peace for
Daniel's family, wisdom for the doctors and healing.
Thank you for contributing your pennies.
Thanks for the adorable fire safety craft Ms. Rhonda. The children enjoyed
creating them. Thanks also for your newsletter and counting our pennies.
Please pray for God to continually give wisdom to those who are in leadership
at Open Bible Christian Academy.
Praise God for the Kingsville Volunteer Fire Department. They did a great
job educating the children in fire safety. Praise God for their gifts of
hats and goodie bags.
Please sign up to donate something on our Harvest Party List (on Parent News
Board). Harvest Party will be on October 28.
TRIP TO FARM On Friday, October 31 we will go to The Land Of Promise Farm.
We will meet at the farm (We will put directions in your cubby the week of
the trip) not at school that day. Remember, you must provide trensportation
and stay to chaperonethe trip. Cost is $7 per person, $14 for parent and
child
(includes a pumpkin). Money is due by Monday, October 20. Please give it
directly to Marge. Please do not put it in a back pack or cubby. Thanks!
