Bible: Introduction:Christ Teaches Parables Scripture Memory verse: Ephesians 6: 6-7 Vocabulary: Take Heed - to pay careful attention, Parable - a short story that teaches a powerful lesson 
Target Truths: Christ taught lessons through parables. We ought to have an attitude of learning from the parables as we listen to them. Listening by itself is merely obtaining facts (gaining knowledge). Listening with an attitude of learning will result in the gaining of godly wisdom. God wants to develop fruit in our lives just as the earth brings forth fruit.
History: Group A  Coronado; Objectives - Trace the route taken by Coronado and his expedition, identify natural resources the expedition encountered.
Penmanship: Penmanship Test 9
Reading: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. Read Chapter 17 write a summary of Chapter 16 and 17 for Journal
Math: Mixed Numbers workbook pp. 81 and 82 Speed Drill 43 Introduce mixed numbers, Review Fractions.
English: Action Verbs and Linking Verbs. Distinguish between action verbs and linking verbs. Identify the noun and the adjective to which the subject is linked by the verb.
