This is my 12th year teaching. I am also the reading team leader. I have a
masters degree in curriculum and instruction with a specialization in
educational technology. I love spending time with my baby boy, being outdoors,
playing sports, and playing with my lab/border collie mix puppy.
Reading: Over the course of this school year, we will continue to perfect our
use of reading strategies as we increase our comprehension of math and science
texts. We will enjoy poetry, fiction, and informational texts while you share
and justify your text interpretations. Finally, we will evaluate potential
sources and explore a research topic.
