This marks my 25th year of teaching. Prior to the Gifted and Talented
position I taught 7th grade English at Lime Kiln and Clarksville Middle
schools. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in grades 1st-8th.
My Master's degree is in Guidance and Counseling grades K-12. I am very
honored to have been the recipient of the 2008-2009 Washington Post Agnes
Meyer Outstanding Teacher Award Winner for Howard County. I live in Columbia,
Maryland with my husband and two children. Taylor and Connor attend Fulton
Elementary School. I love my job and working with creative students is the
best part.
