The Regional Early Childhood Center is comprised of the Infants and Toddlers Program, the Multiple
Intense Needs Program, the Pre-school Program, The Learning Together Program, the Pre-k Mandate
Program and the Kindergarten Inclusion Program. Together these programs provide seamless special
education services to children from birth through six years of age while including typically developing
community peers for those children age two and older.
To foster learning and development in young children through excellence in early education and
partnerships with staff, families, and community members.
