I provide homework to students on a regular basis using the same schedule as the classroom teachers, so the students have the same consistency with homework as the regular classroom students. We do not expect students to do homework that I assign and classroom assignments as well. If there is any confusion about what is expected, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me.
The homework that I assign includes math, spelling/language arts, and of course independent reading every night. Reading is extremely important. Students need to be encouraged to read books at their level, and I am happy to provide books to students if they need them. Please read to your children too.
