Welcome to 3H,
I am Mrs. Marie Ann Hamel. I am married to a wonderful man named Richard,we
have been married since 1964. We have three children, two are girls and one
is a boy. The most important things in my life are God, my family, teaching,
and friends. I like to read and do crafts when time permits. I consider my
self a Jack of all trades.
I’m enjoying the third grade after having taught the fourth grade at St.
Thomas for nine years. My educational journey started when I became a
volunteer in the public school, then I became a substitute teacher, and a
few years later I was hired as an Educational Technician. During this time I
attended the USM both in Sanford and in Portland. I received my degree in
the fall session and graduated with many of my classmates in the spring. I
was hired during the summer and started teaching at St. Thomas in the fall.
My mission is to teach children to love and respect God and his people. I
would like to make learning interesting and fun.
