6TH GRADE INFORMATION
6th grade band is continuing with the book. Our goal is still to
finish it by Christmas. All 6th grade band memebers have an assigned folder
that stays in the band room. They have also been given copies of some of the
songs we are working on.
Willard school has band on Tuesdays and Thursday.
CJL has band on Mondays and Thursdays.
My room is open in the morning at Willard from 7:15 until 7:38 every
day unless I am out at morning recess duty. Three lunch recess times -
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday - my room is open for practice.
The band room at CJL is NOW OPEN on Thursdays from 11:25 until 11:50
for extra help and practice.
5TH GRADE INFORMATION
Here are the days that each class needs to bring their instrument:
Weston - Mondays and Wednesdays
Peiffer - Mondays and Wednesdays
Tulipano - Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Ouellette - Wednesdays and Fridays
Cochin - Wednesdays and Fridays
Mrs. Ryan - Mondays and Fridays
Mr. Ryan - Mondays and Fridays
Students have had a quick lesson on using the practice chart at the back of
the book. I will check this weekly for times written. They can earn
prizes if a parent has signed the book three different weeks and they have
over 70 nminutes of practice time logged in.
