I was born and raised in beautiful Traverse City Michigan. I attended
college at Western Michigan University. I completed my student teaching in
5th grade at an inner city school in Kalamazoo. I taught for one year 8th
grade science at East Junior High it was a wonderful experiance. I am
currently in my second year of teaching 5th grade at Central Grade School.
I have three dogs and one cat and a husband of two years. A few of my
hobbies are snowboarding, biking (mountain and cruiser), long boarding,
yoga, reading and going to the beach.
As a teacher I pledge to guide, inspire and challenge every student
equally. I will strive to instill in each of them a sense of endless
possibilities. I will never give up on any child. I will help them to
succeed in everyway possible.
