I grew up in Watervliet (yes, I'm a Panther!) and attended Western Michigan
University where I hold and Bachelors and Masters in Elementary Education. GO
BRONCOS!!!
I am married and we have a Chow Chow named Bella. We have lived here in
Coloma for the past 5 years.
This will be my 10th year teaching! I can hardly believe it. Before
teaching here in Coloma I taught in Bangor. The four years I was there I
taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 7th and 8th grade math and science. So
needless to say I know where your child started out and I know what is going
to be expected of them in the future.
After 2 years as a middle school teacher I realized that age group isn't
for me. I decided to leave there and got a position here in Coloma as a Title
One Reading Teacher. I did that for one year, and for the past five years I
have been a 3rd grade teacher. I hope you could follow all that!
