1. Sending home a weekly newsletter in the Monday Folder. 2. Sending home the agenda (planner) your child has filled out each day listing what we did in each subject and any homework your child may have that night. 3. Writing notes to you in the agenda that pertain to missing assignments or behavior issues of the day. 4. Sending home a “Welcome” packet explaining team rules, penalties, rewards, procedures of the classroom and how grading is done in 4th grade. On the last page of the packet is the opportunity for you to sign up for volunteer jobs in our classroom. 5. Updating our class website weekly.
