About Miss Munster

I am so excited to be teaching 5th grade at Holy Trinity!!!

In 2003, I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Elementary Education. I am currently pursuing a Master of
Arts degree in Education Leadership with an emphasis in K-12 curriculum and
instruction from WMU.

This is my first year at Holy Trintiy, but my ninth year of teaching. Most
recently, I taught Middle School Language Arts at St. Joseph-Wright for 3
years. Previous to that, I was an art teacher with the shared-time program
through Coopersville Public Schools for 2 years, and a substitute teacher for
three years at Mona Shores Public Schools in Muskegon, where I taught grades
pre-school through 8th.

In the little spare time that I seem to have lately, I enjoy many hobbies.
I love to travel and spend quality time with my family, especially my 3
nieces and nephew. One of my favorite activities is to go to the beach,
which works out well since Lake Michigan is right across the street from
where I live in Grand Haven!!! Oh, and I enjoy watching sports. I am a huge
St. Louis Cardinals, University of Notre Dame, and Green Bay Packers fan.

Mission For The Class

The foundation stones for a balanced education are honesty, character,
integrity, faith, compassion, and loyalty.
