I have been teaching for 28 years (17 years at Huron Elementary, 7 years at Mohawk Elementary and 4
years at St. Joan of Arc). I have my degree from Michigan State University. My Masters degree is from
Saginaw Valley State University. I have been married for 26 years. My husband's name is Charlie. He
works for the Post Office. I have two children. My son is 23 years old and in collage at North Dakota
State University working as a Hall Director and getting his Masters Degree. His name is Charles. We call
him Chas for short. My daughter is 19 years old and in collage at Central Michigan University. Her name
is Jessica. They both give me advice on how to be a better teacher!
My mission for my class this year is to make learning fun and interesting for the students.
