This is my 16th year at Roosevelt and I have very much enjoyed my time
with the students, staff, parents, and community.
I am part of Wyane County's mathematics team for the Michigan Mathematics
Leadership Academy. I am also a member of the National Council of Teachers
of Mathematics and the Detroit Area Council of Teachers of Mathematics. In
2006, I had the great pleasure of being Wayne County High School Teacher of
the Year.
I received both my Bachelors and Masters degrees from Wayne State
University.

The RHS staff assists all students as they develop their individual
potential. We believe all students can learn, and we share the
responsibility of teaching them today’s skills and the skills for a lifetime
of learning. We encourage our students to become caring, well-rounded,
productive citizens.
