****HOMEWORK NOTE****
Most of the homework coming home will be Study Links for Math. Anything
else that your child is bringing home is incomplete classwork. On occasion
other subjects will be sent home. This will normally be an assignment that
is to take place over many days.
Please check and sign your child's assignment books daily. I do a lot of my
corresponding in the assignment books.
**IMPORTANT HOMEWORK INFORMATION FOR THE 2009/2010 SCHOOL YEAR**
Homework is an integral way to provide your child with reinforcement and
practice of skills they are learning and using in the classroom. In our
classroom, we will have a set homework schedule so that you and your child
can establish a routine at home for the completion of assignments. Feel
free to help your child with their homework and/or check their assignments
when they finish them. All assignments are due the next day. Monday
assignments are due on Tuesday, Tuesday assignments are due Wednesday,
Wednesday assignments are due on Thursday, and Thursdays assignments are due
on Friday.
I believe that the weekends are family time. I will never assign homework
to be completed over the weekend, unless your child has not completed a
class assignment on Friday.
Your son/daughter will only bring other work home when they have not
completed it in class.
