How can I help my child with 3rd grade material?
On days when there are no homework assignments, reading with your child is the most important activity you can do. Homework in 3rd grade consists of Everyday math concepts that we have already worked on in class. Answers will be sent home with your child so you can use them to check the homework. The best thing to do is check their assignment books and back pack daily. In the backpack you will find assignments to go over with your child as well as important notes and assignments that can be done at home. Make sure to ask your child every day what they did in school. Go over the math homework with them and read every day. Reading is so important!!!Back to Top

I have an open door policy and believe that excellent communication between the home and school is the only way to ensure that all children in my classroom are successful.
