Hi! I am Mr. Johnson, and this is my first year teaching at ISO. I am
very excited to be here and have this opportunity to be part of your community.
I moved to Phoenix seven years ago from Toronto, Canada where I was born,
and I have been married for 9 years to my beautiful wife Nicole. We have been
blessed with a daughter named Jada who is five years old, and my son Nathaniel
who is now 4 years old.
After receiving my undergraduate degree in Psychology, I worked as a
Correctional Officer for five years in Toronto Canada. I decided to return to
school and completed a Masters Degree in Elementary Education, so that I could
teach children and give back to the community.
I love sports; I have coached the basketball team and flag football team
at my former schools. I also am very musically inclined; I have a Home Studio
and Mobile Disc Jockey company. I enjoy creating music with my students and
providing the music for Middle School dances.
