This is my 22nd year of teaching and my 5th year at Living Hope.
I grew up in Michigan where I attended a Lutheran grade school and high
school.
I went to college at Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN and graduated
in 1980 after taking off a year to do "emergency teaching." This past summer
I took a three credit class called "Understanding Austism". It was a great
learning experience.
I have taught in Medford, WI, Gibbon, MN, Burnsville, MN, Sauk Rapids,MN, and
now at Living Hope.
My four daughters and I move to Shakopee after my husband passed away in 2007.
Carla attends Martin Luther College, Heather attends Bethany in Mankato,
Crystal attends St. Croix Lutheran High School, and Catarina is in 8th grade
at the Bloomington site.
I enjoy going to Curves, gardening, music, and attending my girls' sports,
music, and art activities.
