1^st Quarter- Risen Savior Youth Services

For the last seven years, Risen Savior in Milwaukee has offered after-school and summer programs to at-risk children who are 5-12 years old. These programs provide a safe place for children to learn God's word, recreate, study, and have a hot meal. More than 200 children have been baptized as a result of the church's work among the community's youth. This year, the church is expanding its efforts to include the area's teenagers and has purchased property to build a teen center.

 2^nd Quarter- Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary

The Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary is dedicated to offering theological training to men who desire to enter the pastoral ministry of the WELS. The endevours in various ways to offer theological and professional growth to men who already are acitve in the pastors ministy of its confessional fellowship.

  3^rd Quarter- Mission to the Children

WELS Mission to the Children is a Christian, non-profit, volunteer organization supported solely by the prayers, offerings, and material donations of Christian individuals, congregations, and church groups. The purpose of WELS Mission to the Children is to bring the Gospel to children and their families in northwestern Sonora, Mexico and to help them meet their basic physical needs.

4th Quarter - WELS Disaster Relief Fund or Mozambique Fund

We will be deciding which of these two missions we will be supporting for the fourth quarter later in the year. We are leaving this quarter open so that we can address any needs that may arise during the school year (ex. the earth quake and tsunami in Japan last year).
