We're off to another exciting school year! I have been teaching First Grade
in Cannon Falls for a long time, and as a matter of fact, I have probably
had some of you parents as students when you were in First Grade! I am
married to Chuck and I have three grown-up children and two grandchildren. I
like to read, ski, hike, and play the piano and organ in my spare time. I
consider it a privilege to work with your children. I believe that first
grade is the most rewarding of all levels to teach, since children change
more during this year than any other in their education career!
I believe that every child needs to be challenged and respected, and that
we, as teachers and parents, need to work together to help each one meet
his/her full potential.
