- PHYSICAL AND HEALTH EDUCATION -

Months of April and May
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays - Softball (weather permitting) and/or other
game activities NOTE: Written softball test on Monday, May 12th.
Tuesdays, Thursdays - Fitness unit. Students will work on improving their
speed, endurance, flexibility, abdominal and upper body strength, two days
a week. Fitness testing during the first week in May. NOTE: Mile run/walk on
Wednesday, May 7th.
SOME REMINDERS:
* P.E. makeup is held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7:30
and/or 3:00. Students are responsible for makeup arrangements with me to be
completed within one week of any absences. Students should make up P.E.
prior to any known abscences as well. Students report to the middle or high
school offices for their makeup at the above mentioned times.
* If a student uses an inhaler, meds., etc. please inform the health office
and then students who need to take them will always have my OK to take them
before, during, and/or after class whenever applicable.
