The Health and Wellness Team of 
Cannon Falls Schools has brought 
the Gym to YOU! Need to fit in a 
quick 20 minute workout during 
preps/breaks, before or after 
school? Hop on one of these 
machines and you will start living 
a healthy life. Talk about 
convienience!

What is all included in the 
workout room?  We have provided 
our staff with a DynoBike, two 
eliptical machines, a 
RecumbantBike, and last, but not 
least, a television for 
entertainment.

Where is the workout room?

Our workout room is located in 
room E111 on the primary 
wing of the elementary school. The 
door is open M-F during any 
custodial times. This "GYM" is 
available to any CFAS staff.
