HEALTH WEBSITE OR YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR TO FIND VACCINE AVAILABILITY.
EVERYONE: Thanks to all the staff for their help in making the HVL honor
concert a success last night.
EVERYONE: Congrats to Kaia Bierman who placed sixth in state this past
weekend at the state cross country meet. Way to go!!!!
BPA: BPA officer meeting on Wednesday morning in A141A at 7:45 a.m.
NHS MEMBERS: Please remember we are rehearsing for the NHS Induction Ceremony
today at 12:45 p.m. in the auditorium.
6TH GRADERS: Any 6th grader who would like to find out more about youth
wrestling is invited to attend a free Youth Wrestling Camp hosted by the Mat
Rats. This is a great opportunity to find out whether you would like to join
Mat Rats or not. Forms are available in the HS office.
ALL STUDENTS: The wonderful letters you wrote to children in Iraq and
Afghanistan when Gunnar visited have made there way into a book! Quotes and
drawing from the letters are now part of a small book titled, “Dear Friend,
Letters of Peace and Friendship”. The book is on display in the school
offices as well as at Stephanie’s window in the HS. They are for sale and
cost $15.00 each. We don’t have the books available to give you right now,
but you can order one in the offices, or from Mrs. Klapperich. All orders
and payment need to be in by December 11 so that books will arrive before
Christmas. Be sure to check it out! The book is fantastic!!!
VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS: Don't forget to pay Stephanie Fox $6.50 by the end of
the day on Thursday if you plan to attend the Bomber Volleyball banquet on
Thursday, November 19th!
EVERYONE: Remember to bring items in for our troops this week. The staff
sergeant of the troops receiving the care packages is a graduate of Cannon
Falls so lets show him and his troops our support.
NHS MEMBERS: Need service hours? Tutors are needed before and after school
Monday-Thursday. If you are interested contact Nikky Peters or Maddie
Grosland.
JUINIORS/SENIORS: The following school representatives will be in the
Guidance office this week: Please get a pass to see the rep. ahead of time.
Wednesday – Simpson College in Iowa at 9:00 a.m.
Massage and Spa Academy in Rochester at 1:45 p.m.
SKI CLUB FORMS: Are here! Stop in the office to pick up a registration
packet.
INTERACT: On Wednesday, November 11, we have a meeting. If you have first
lunch eat quickly and come to the auditorium at 12:00. If you have second
lunch come to the auditorium from class at 12:00.
EVERYONE: Feed My Starving Children is bringing a mobile packing unit to
Riverwood Church on November 21. Interact is helping to recruit workers from
the school.
There are four shifts. 8:00 – 10:00 am , 10:30-12:30 , 1:00-3:00, 3:30 -
5:30 . Get your whole family or friends involved or come as an
individual. Not only will your work make a difference, but you will enjoy
doing it. Sign up in room B92 as soon as possible.
EVERYONE: Do you want some bomber football clothing?? There are still
sweatshirts and t.shirts available for $12.00 and $24.00. Please pay
Stephanie and pick them up from Robin.
