Daily homework: Study current spelling words for weekly tests.
                Practice math addition and subtraction facts.
                * Second graders will be expected to know the basic addition
                  facts by the end of 2ng grade. This will comply with state
                  law and education standards
                Read for at least 10 minutes each day.
