Objectives: Students will gain knowledge about sound and light in their world.

Vocabulary: See vocabulary link below. Vocabulary words need to be written correctly, numbered, underlined, include part of speech (noun, verb, adjective, adverb) and have the science definition for each word.

Assignments: Students will do various lab activities, readings, assignments, vocabulary, CD-roms, notes, and videos. I will e-mail home updates periodically during the unit through "Cougar Communications."

Evaluation: Labs and activities are graded. There is a final test at the end of the unit.
