New Prague has its own CI (Cognitively impaired) Athletics, and 
co-ops with Lakeville, Burnsville and Farmington for PI

Our Mission
The mission of the South Metro Miracle League is to provide 
opportunities for children in the south metro area between the 
ages of 3-19 with disabilities, to play Miracle League Baseball, 
regardless of ability. Click here to watch a Miracle League Movie 
developed by one of the Miracle Leagues. It's what we do!

Miracle League Season

•The regular season includes 8 weeks of play starting in late 
May/early June
•All teams play one game each week 
•Games are held Monday through Thursday evenings, or Saturdays
•A 4 week fall season will be offered starting in early September 
after school starts (Sunday games along with the rest of LBA 
players!)

Miracle League Game Format
In compliance with national Miracle League rules:

•Two inning minimum per team per game (target game length is 1 
hour 15 minutes)
•Every player bats once each inning
•All players are safe on the bases
•Every player scores a run before the inning is over (last one up 
gets a homerun)
•Community adults, children and/or corporate volunteer groups 
serve as "buddies" to assist the players
•Each team and each player wins every game
