before he and Coach Berg traded positions.
Coach McPhail is entering his 29th year as a wrestling coach. The previous

with wrestlers of all ages, including college athletes. Over the past
couple of summers he has even worked for J Robinson's Intensive Camps.
Coach Frame has coached the Panthers for the past 27 years. Prior to

Pine Island B-Squad. In his free time, he is the Pine Island Wrestling

great to talk wrestling with Coach Frame
Coach Berg will be in his 28th season coaching wrestling, 22 here at Pine
Island. Coach Berg is working with the Jr. High wrestlers again this
season. The former Minnesota Coach of the Year certainly has helped our
program over many years, and we are grateful he is back again this season.
We are excited to have Coach Gingerich join the staff this year. Coach
Gingerich had been the Head Coach at Mayo High School for the previous 16
years and has coached at Simley High School and wrestled for Albert Lea.
At Pine Island High School, the Wrestling Program believes success is
achieved through hard work, dedication, discipline, sacrafice and a life
