Below are the first three prayers that your child will be tested on before
the end of the first trimester. Please have your child practice reciting these
prayers word for word at home. When you feel your child is ready to recite
them,jot me a note in his/her assignment book.
Sign of the Cross
In the name of the Father

and of the Holy Spirit.

Grace Before Meals
Bless us, O Lord,
and these thy gifts
which we are about to receive
from thy bounty,
through Christ our Lord.

Glory Be
Glory be to the Father
and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now
and ever shall be, world without end.
