1-23-12 Monday- Read chapters twelve and thirteen and be ready for a quiz!
1-24-12 Tuesday- Quiz!!!!!!! Students were to write about a memory that involved physical pain and then a memory that was funny.
1-25-12 Wednesday- Read chapter fifteen in class. Students needed to creat a six panle comic rough draft. The comic was on any of the memories Jonas has experienced so far in the book. Each panel needed a drawing (no stick figures), a direct quote from the book (inluding quotation marks), and the page number the quote came from.
1-26-12- Thursday- Students were to work on the final draft of their comic.
1-30-12 Monday- Students read chaperts sixteen and seventeen. At the end of class they handed in a paragraph summarizing what those chapters were about.
1-31-12 Tuesday- Chapter eighteen. There was a worksheet relating to chapters seventeen and eighteen and four questions on the board. I have the worksheet. The questions can be found

2-1-12 Wednesday- Chapters ninteen, twenty, and twenty-one. Students were to give me two paragraphs per chapter. The first paragraph was a plot summary. The second paragraph was analyzing what was read. Six paragraphs total with five sentences per paragraph.
2-2-12 Thursday- We finished the book! Students were to right a paragraph about if they thought Jonas lived or died at the end and what, from the book, made them think this. Students also needed to write a paragraph providing an alternate ending to the book, something more decisive than what is presented.
2-6-12 Monday- TWIST story.
2-7-12 Tuesday- Worked on word puzzles as a class.
2-8-12 Wednesday- Movie.
2-9-12 Thursday- Movie.
