Description
Designer:
The first task will be to help the historian find gardening plans from the
past, but you are responsible for finding contemporary gardening designs as
well as laying out where the community will be involved, how they will be
involved, as well as what other kinds of information they may need to educate
the community about how they will be doing a certain thing. Once the
historian and the botanist have compiled enough information about their
parts, you will need to combine their information. You all as a group will
need to work together, no one can do this project alone, but as a group, you
have the right to ask for more information, or for group members to work
harder.
You as the designer need to make sure that there are several cultures being
included in part of the garden, also, you will need to make sure there are at
least 6 different kinds of plants being used in the garden (weeds do not
count unless they are purposely planted). This information will need to be
laid out, labled, and explained in the presentation.
IN THE BINDER:
In the binder, you will need to include the following information:
a.) Where are the 3 cultures referenced, and how? (Please provide
explanations in paragraph form)
b.) You will also need to include how this lay out promotes the planned
community use your team has come up with.
c.) How the community will be involved with the construction (paragraph form)
d.) List of the materials and supplies needed as well as the cost of
materials needed for the project.
