Mrs. Readenour has been teaching for over 30 years. She began her career as
a sixth grade teacher in the Ferguson-Florissant School District at Parker
Road School. She also taught in the gifted program there for a year. She
moved to Francis Howell and began at Henderson Elementary, teaching fifth
grade. After two years, she transferred to Becky-David, where she teaches
fifth grade. Teaching is her passion. Other interests are reading, music
and spending time with friends and family.
Mrs. Readenour grew up in Sullivan, Missouri, and in North St. Louis
County. She attended school in Sullivan, and Riverview Gardens. All of her
undergraduate and graduate work were at the University of Missouri-St.
Louis. Post-graduate work was mainly at Lindenwood University.
She is married to Bill, and has a son named Christopher and a daughter named
Lisa. Chris married Kyra and he works for Clean Uniform, and she works for a
doctor's group. Lisa is a teacher and a model for Talent Plus. Both of
their children attended Castlio, Becky-David, Barnwell, Francis Howell North
and Lindenwood University. Rex and Max, Mr. and Mrs. Readenour's two
Yorkies, Miss Readenour's Luci, and Chris and Kyra's Lois Lane and Clark Kent
round out the family.
