This is my tenth year at Carl Junction Junior High. I have a Master's Degree
with a certification in teaching English speakers of other languages. I use a
lot of cooperative learning techniques so more of the students are
engaged in learning at any given time. I also like to use more hands-on
experiences. I try to use our reading as the catalyst for writing
assignments, and the writing assignments as catalysts for learning grammar. I
am available to help students with work or to study for tests after school on
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I believe that all children can learn, and
I do my best to facilitate that learning.
It is my mission to prepare my students to succeed in high school and in life.
