So….for the rest of the year……:
Effort Party is April 20th. ALL of our kiddos are invited. They worked so hard and did their best on the
MAP. We are so proud of each one of
them. They will go to the auditorium in
the afternoon for a special treat! Way
to go!!!
The MSSU Playis April 27th. Each student will need to bring 50 cents for
the play. If you would like to bring an
extra 50 cents to help the kids who can’t bring it, it would be much
appreciated.
Our Fort Scott field tripwill be May 2nd. Everyone will need to bring a sack lunch that
day. The field trip will be an all day trip. If you would like to follow the
buses please let us know and we will get you more information.
Banana Split Party is May 11that 2:15ish. Most of our kiddos have passed all of their
tests, but not all! YIKES! Keep practicing!!!!
Experiment DayS!!!
Thursday and Friday, May 14thand 15thwill be our experiment
days. Please help your child come up
with any science experiment to share with the class. It can be very simple or not so simple. No need for a presentation board or anything
extravagant. We will be sending home a
paper to fill out and bring back with their experiment. Please let us know if your child would like
to perform the experiment Thursday or Friday.
If it needs to be done outside, that is perfectly fine too!
We are going to have aPet Day on Tuesday, May 16th. If your child has a pet that he/she would
like to share, YOU may bring it up to school for a short visit. No animals may come to school on the
bus! J Please sign up for a time that would work
best for you and we will do our best to schedule the times accordingly. Please make sure the pets are on a leash or
in a proper container. If the pet
happens to be a LARGE animal, we can go outside to meet them if necessary. Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
Wednesday, May 15this Track
and Field day for third graders! (morning) ! Dress appropriately.
That
same afternoon will be E-DayThe kids can bring an
electronic device to play in the classroom.
Thursday,
May 17th, will be GAME DAY!
The kids can bring one or two BOARD games from home. No video games……they will survive without
them! J It is a really fun day or cooperation and
concentration.
The end is almost here! Crazy how time
flies!
