Hello and welcome to third grade! I am pleased to have your child in my class and I look forward to a year filled with friendships, love, and learning. The transition between second and third grade is exciting yet challenging. One of the most important aspects of third grade is the development of independence and responsibility. I hope this year will prove to be a good one for both you and your child. As your child's teacher, I want to make sure that he/she receives the most positive educational experience possible.
