ABOUT THE TEACHER:
I grew up in St. Charles, MO and attended
St.Elizabeth/St.Robert Regional School for grade school. I then went to
Francis Howell North High School and graduated in 2000. From there I moved
down to Springfield, MO where I attended Missouri State University and majored
in Elementary Education. I graduated in December of 2004 with my Bachelor of
Science Degree in Education and teaching certification for Elementary
Education. I am working on my Master's program in Teaching and Instruction
through Columbia College.
My husband and I have been married for
almost four years and we spend a lot of our time playing with our two HUGE
Newfoundland dogs, Hector and Delilah. I am very close with my family and
enjoy spending time with my three nephews and two nieces. A couple activities
I enjoy are reading and running.
I love teaching! This is my seventh year
teaching at Holy Infant School. I spent my first six years in fourth grade
which were very rewarding for me. I am thrilled to be in third grade now and I
look forward to getting to know each of you! I am sure this is going to be a
fun and enriching school year!
