Dear Family,
We will be in our last week of school. Please help remind your child that learning is still taking place. We have a geometry test on Monday. A pretest is on my math page. Also, on Wednesday is an end of the year math assessment test. Please have your child bring a healthy snack to school. We will take a break half way through the test. The test will cover what we have learned this year in math.
There will be a quiz on the Bill of Rights on Tuesday. Skits demonstrating the Bill of Rights will be performed on Tuesday as well.
On Wednesday, my homeroom, 5A, will be getting together with our prayer partners to blow bubbles. If any parents have bottles of soap bubbles they would like to send in with their child, it would be appreciated. Our prayer partners usually supple the bubbles, but we ran short last year. I am going to make bubble solution as well. If you would like to send along any interesting materials we may blow bubbles with, that would be great. An example would be cardboard paper towels rolls or slotted spoons.
Thursday is cleaning day in the classroom. If anyone has small buckets, sponges, or rags to donate, it would be helpful.
Enjoy the rest of this beautiful weekend!
