Eighth Grade:
We will finish up our Immigrant Profile and begin studying Chapter 22 "The
Progressive Era." Discuss with your child how he/she is coming along with
this project. They have a rubric with which they are to follow.
Seventh Grade:
We are now in Article II of the Constitution, which regards the President
and Vice-President and their roles in our government. We will next cover
Article III and the Judicial Branch. From there we'll tackle the Amendments.
Sixth Grade:
Watch out Egypt here we come! Our focus of study will be Chapter Four. It
should be interesting and fun. By the way, your students are experts at
creating raps. You should hear them sing about Hammurabi!!
