Thank you again!!! I am soooo grateful for our new books. I think the
students were as excited as I was with new, fun, and thrilling books to
read! I feel like I am saying "Thank you" a lot these days. How truly
fortunate I am to belong to a school community who gives so much of
themselves. I am beginning to feel like the words really don't express how
truly grateful I am. Everyone here is so generous of their time and money
and it really is appreciated. Again, Thank You!!!!
This year's Book Fair seemed to be a huge success. I know the teachers had a
good time with their distant travels to many countries. I hope everyone had
a chance to come to the Book Fair and enjoy the many choices of books that
were available for all ages.
One week from Tuesday is our big night. Remember our class celebrates
Reconciliation next Tuesday, November 17th, not this week. We are getting
ready for this special evening. Let me know if there is anything I need to
be aware of or if there are any questions that need answering. I will be
sending home a little reminder and/or invitation this week so keep your eyes
open. This is an exciting time, but it is also somewhat nerve racking.
Everyone gets nervous for Reconciliation. We are suppose to. Just continue
to remind them that it will be fine and that afterwards they will feel very
peaceful and happy. We will continue to practice all week long. They should
be ready for the 17th!!
Enjoy the weather this weekend. It is suppose to be nice for a change!!
