Reading...Nutrition for the Brain

Raeding is an important, lifelong skill. Just like children need nutrition
for their growing bodies, children also need nutrition for their developing
brains. Parents are key individuals in teaching their children reading and
proper nutrition. The best way to teach these skills is when the whole family
is involved.

The objective of our "Reading is Nutrition" family night is to provide
families and children with the skills needed to prepare nutritious family
meals by reading and following recipes in cookbooks as well as finding
fiction and nonfiction books as well as Web sites dealing with food and
nutrition that the family can enjoy together.

This is a special place in Solusville where the explorers learn
about the different food groups and what is so important about
each one.

Chef Solus had a very special plan for today, he was going to
teach his explorers about all of the food groups.
