About The Teacher

Hello!
I am a 2000 graduate of South Panola High School. I received my B.S. in
Elementary Education from Delta State University in May of 2005. I also
received my Masters in School Administration in December 2010. I am
married with three beautiful children, a five year old daughter, four year
old son, and 11 month old baby girl. This is my fifth year teaching at BJH,
and my seventh year teaching. I taught for two years in the Marshall County
School District. I am excited about this school year and look forward to
working with each of you. I am a member of the Pope Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church
where I am a Minister. I enjoy reading, walking, traveling, helping others,
shopping, and spending time with my family.

Mission For The Class

If you can think it, you can achieve it!

I believe that every student has the right to learn! My mission for the
class is to incorporate math in our everyday living and to show the
importance of it in our lives. My goal is to involve my students in the
learning process of math in and out of the classroom. Inorder to do this,
Parents I am going to need your help. Please make sure your child is at
school each day so that I can teach and help them. My goal is to have every
student improve on the MCT and to become proficient in math. I love
teaching, I love math, and I love to see students succeed!
