I have been teaching elementary science in the South Panola School District
since 1990. All of my experience is with sixth graders. I am a graduate of
the University of Mississippi and have attended graduate school.
In 2005, I attended a science workshop sponsored by the Mississippi Math
and Science Partnership through the University of Southern Mississippi.
This four-week workshop emphasized cooperative learning groups and
scientific inquiry.
