This is Coach Howell's 6th Year of teaching and his 3rd Year at Clinton High
School. His current duties include teaching and coaching cross
country. He is married to the former Lindsey Williams of Vicksburg,
Mississippi.
Coach Howell graduated from Gateway Christian High School in 1997. From
there he went to Itawamba Community College, where he received his A.A in
Liberal Arts in 2000. Following his time at ICC he moved on to Delta State
University. He graduated from Delta State University in 2002 with a
Bachelors of Science in Education. There he was a letterwinner in Cross
Country and was a member of the Gulf South Conference Academic Team.
In teaching, the mission is to incorporate scientific inquiry into the
critical thinking skills of all students in an effort to produce
scientifically literate citizens, to provide students entering various
professions with the necessary scientific foundation for the pursuit of
these professions, and to produce broadly trained scholars of science with
contemporary knowledge.
