sophomore year and will keep the same counselor until graduation. This
assignment is based on alphabetic listing by last names.

Director of Guidance Services
The guidance program at Clinton High School is operated under the supervision
of three full-time guidance counselors. They confer with parents and
students concerning scheduling, vocational and educational plans, academic
achievement, test data interpretation, and personal counseling. Guidance is
an essential part of the educational program available to students, parents,
and teachers on a continuing basis. Students are encouraged to see their
counselor anytime the need arises. Conferences will also be scheduled on a
regular basis for each student. The guidance office is open to all students,
parents, and staff throughout each school day from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Clinton High School's Career Center which is supervised by the academic
counselors is located in the guidance office and open each school day for
students' use. Counselors are available to see students and their
parents individually or in small group sessions during the course of the
school day. Students are notified when counselors are unavailable.
