VII. Make-up Procedures

When you have been absent from class, please do the following:

A. If your absence is excused, check teacherweb.com to pick up any missed work and notes.   Also, write down your homework assignment and turn it in the next day.   It is your responsibility to copy your notes and turn in your make-up work.   See the student handbook for how much time you have to complete it.   Be sure to check with me for any handouts.

C. If your absence is un-excused, you automatically receive a zero for any missed daily      grades or homework assignments.  However, you are allowed to make up a test. It is still a good idea to check teacherweb.com for your assignments, notes, etc.

All preassigned tasks (including tests) must be made up on the day you return, even if the absence is excused.

            D. If you absence is official, ask me for your work the day before your absence.  We will  then set up a due date for your work.  Depending on the assignment, it may be due  the day you return or prior to your leaving.

VIII. Drop Grades / Bonus

A. Each nine-weeks your lowest quiz grade is dropped. (Only 1)  This does not apply to tests or projects.

No drop grades will be given for tests or projects.
