Do you check homework for a grade?

Homework is very important practice.  You will only master this course if 
you practice.  I do check homework almost every single day, but just for 
completion, not accuracy.  You should check the accuracy of it.

Do I have to return my progress report signed?

Everyone will get a quiz grade for returning (or not returning) his progress 
report.  If you do not return yours, you will get a 0 out of 10 on a quiz.
If your average was below 75, you MUST return the progress report.

Do I REALLY need a graphing calculator?

Two answers here.
If you are a Calculus student - YES!!!!!
If you are a Trig student - no, but you CAN use one and it is a great 
calculator.
