Do I need a library card to check out a book?
Yes, you do! The first time you check out a book, a member of the library
faculty will fill out a card for you. This card will stay on file for the
duration of your time at Clinton High. Also, please have your student ID
handy for the first visit.
--------------------------------------
How long can a keep a book?
Two weeks. When you check out a book, a date is stamped on the "Due Date"
slip inside each book showing the specific date the book is due back. IF you
need to keep a book longer than the two weeks, bring it to the library to
renew your check out.
--------------------------------------
If my book is late, do I have to pay a late fee?
Yes. We do charge a 10 cent a day late fee.
--------------------------------------
When can I come to the library?
The library has an open schedule. Any student may come to the library
between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday-Friday, unless otherwise
stated. The only exception is if the RED SIGNS are posted stating that a
class is in session. When you see these signs, please come back later
in the day.

Can I print from the computers in the library or make copies?
Yes! We do allow students to print school-related information from the
computers. Each black and white page costs 15 cents; each color page costs
25 cents. We will also make copies for students of school-related
information for 15 cents a page.
