FEBRUARY
LOVE is in the air and so is rain and cold weather!  Don't let the heart go limp because of increment weather. There is plenty that can be done indoors.  Break out the old exercise videos, go to the local library and check one out, turn on your favorite music and dance, have a competition with the interactive video games.
