Hello parents, students and friends! A little bit about myself...After
graduating from North Carolina State University in 1999, I married my high
school sweetheart, Stacey, and moved to Greenville, NC. I taught my first
twelve years at A.G. Cox Middle School. I have a beautiful eight year old
daughter named Kaley, a beautiful five year old named Payton, and a brand new
addition, Chelsea,born in Sept of 2011. I was the assistant coach for the AG
Cox football team for six years and the head coach for the boys' basketball
team for the last ten years. What's most important to me are the five "F's"
in this particular order: my FAITH, my FAMILY, my FRIENDS, FOOD, FOOTBALL!!

My mission for my students in my classroom is to inherit the ability to think
for themselves, to make the right decisions when they have a choice, and to
respect and obey our honor system. That system is to never lie, cheat or
steal. I also want my students to realize and imbrace the fact that their
education is as important to me and that their efforts, if given to me at
their full potential, will gain them respect, dignity, and knowledge.
