Congratulations to the following 2006 Foods 2 Advanced students for becoming ServSafe certified: Jocelyn DeGroote, Siyara Dobbs, Latanya Grimsley, Candis Hartsfield, and Emily Snipes. ServSafe is an in depth food safety course sponsored by the National Restaurant Association.
Beginning in the spring of 2006, Early Childhood Education 2 students will receive honors credit and 5 quality points. They will also receive college credit (articulation) if they choose to enroll in the Early Childhood Education program at the community college level.
Congratulations to the following 2003 Food Development students for becoming ServSafe certified: Kristen Dubois,Kemi Kehinde,Mallory Mauldin,Amanda Rable, and Linda Stafford. These are the first FVHS Students to take the National Restaurant Association ServSafe Class and achieve certification.
