WELCOME TO MY 3RD PERIOD PREALGEBRA/FOUNDATIONS OF GEOMETRY WEB PAGE. PLEASE CHECK BACK OFTEN SINCE THE PAGE WILL BE UPDATED ON A REGULAR BASIS. THE PAGE WILL LIST CLASS INFORMATION, HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS,QUIZ/TEST DATES,ETC.

Remember that math is NOT a spectator sport.
You must participate by doing your assignments and coming to class prepared.

Materials needed for class each day:

1. Textbook (every day)
2. Pencils(NO PENS), Erasers, and Notebook Paper
3. Ruler, Compass, & Protractor
4. Graphing Calculator if available: Recommended Calculators: TI83, TI83+, TI84, or TI84+
5. !!!NO CELL PHONES!!! or any other electronic device not approved by the school

General classroom rules:

1. Adhere to all school rules outlined in the student handbook.
2. Be in class, with required materials, ready for class to begin when bell rings.
3. Students will have nightly homework and should complete assignments on time.
4. Students should take care of personal needs (ie trips to locker, water fountain, restroom, phone, etc.) before school, between classes, at lunch, or after school.
5. Attendance has a major impact on success in a class. Students should strive to be in class every day. However, if an absence is necessary, it is the student's responsibility to make up all work immediately. The student can see what occurred in class on the day of their absence by checking this web page.
